He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Surabaya University in 1995, and completed the Notary Professional Program at Airlangga University in 2000. He has been a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) since 1998 and has been involved in

He has been a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) since 1998 and has been involved in numerous legal cases, both in the fields of criminal law and civil litigation.
Rudy Santoso has extensive experience representing both national and international corporations, including but not limited to PT. OMYA INDONESIA Group, PT. INDONESIAN CAMCOCROWN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY Group, PT. MASSINDO INTERNATIONAL Group, PT. GRAHA MULTI BINTANG Group, PT. KASOGI, Tbk, PT. MULTI ANUGERAH LESTARI TEXINDO, PT. MEWAH INDUSTRI, PT. IKI MUTIARA, PT. PERDAMAIAN INDONESIA, PT. DAYARA LAUT SEJAHTERA, and PT. SAMSON KERAMIK.
In addition to his corporate legal work, he is actively involved in providing legal aid and support to various churches and religious institutions. These include Gereja Reformed Injili Indonesia (Reformed Evangelical Church of Indonesia), Gereja Kristen Abdiel Gloria (Gloria Christian Church Abdiel), Gereja Kristen Abdiel Trinitas (Trinity Christian Church Abdiel), Calvin Christian School Jakarta, and Logos Christian School Surabaya.

In addition to his professional practice, he has published several journal articles, including “Miranda Rules Principle: 'The Right to Remain Silent' in a Comparative Law Perspective” in Iuris Media (2019), “The Involvement of the United States in the South China Sea Dispute: The Perspective of International Law” in the International Journal of Innovation, Creativity, and Change (2020), and “Legal Construction of Legal Aid Authority by Notary in the Perspective of Substantive Justice” in the Diversion Law Journal (2021). With over three years of experience in the banking sector, she has developed a strong foundation in Banking and Investment Law, Consumer and Commercial Contracts, Credit Restructuring, and Property Law. Her professional background and academic focus naturally led her to specialize in these areas. During her first year at Rudy Santoso & Associates, she has actively assisted the Partners in various cases involving loans, property, and bankruptcy. Her strong adaptability and keen legal insight have made her a valuable contributor to the firm’s practice.
